Original Formaster Training Aid

The Original Formaster Training Aid is a two-part system: the strap and the resistance cord.

The strap must be sized to your forearm for a proper fit, while the resistance cord is selected by weight to match your draw strength or training purpose.

Together, they let you train with a true arrow release to build proper back tension.

Strap sizing
Measure the full circumference around your elbow with your draw arm completely straight, at the largest part of the elbow. The strap should fit snugly when the arm is bent at full draw. If it's too large, it will slide down the arm and reduce the straps effectiveness.
